Just downloaded the CT DMR V20 codeplug, and applied. This is the first time I've imported one -- so far, I built my original from scratch based on instructions from AB1GL, and it has worked well. But I only included ARES machines.

So I replaced the values for RadioName and RadioID, but a further question: the codeplug has at least three other fields that seem specific to the radio (serial #, MCU Version, and Unique Device ID) -- shouldn't those be overlaid with the values from my radio, saved in my previous codeplug? Or does it matter?

They are specific to the radio - when you read the codeplug from the radio, those fields will be updated. They are not user-changeable, and do not affect the loading of the codeplug.

Thanks -- Knowing they were specific to the radio, I was concerned writing a new codeplug into the radio would change those, with ill effect. But since they are read-only, now I get it !
